Shipping and delivery

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped via USPS. Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days and Priority shipping takes 1-3 business days. Shipping rates are calculated by USPS and varies depending on location and priority. Tracking is included on all orders. If your package gets lost I'll send a replacement or offer a refund after checking with USPS. I'm currently shipping in the US only.

Clothing orders are fulfilled by Printful an on-demand print service and may ship separately.

Common Questions:

  • Processing vs. Shipping: Processing is the time it takes me to package orders and take them to USPS to have them shipped to you. Shipping is the time it takes USPS to bring the package to you.
  • No International Shipping? I plan to have international shipping options very soon.
  • Lost Package? If tracking shows delivered but you didn't receive it, contact me within 3 days. I'll work with the carrier to resolve it.
  • Item damaged? Contact me if you receive your package and item(s) are damaged. Attach a picture if possible. I do not issue refunds or exchanges if an item is damaged AFTER shipping.
  • Where are my clothes? Clothing items are fulfilled by Printful (On-Demand print service) and are shipped separately. I pack everything else. If your order didn't arrive check your tracking information included in your order confirmation email.
